If you’ve landed on this page, know this — you’ve found the program I’m most proud of.
Complete Plus is the culmination of over 15 years of painting, 7 years of teaching, and countless conversations with artists around the world. It’s built with love, passion, and a deep commitment to helping you grow.
I understand the real challenges portrait and figurative artists face —
Creating portraits that flow and breathe, without becoming overworked or too loose.
Mixing skin tones that feel alive — nuanced, luminous, and deeply human.
Moving from technical execution into something more poetic… something that lingers in the viewer’s heart.
I know these struggles intimately — I have been there too, not once, not twice, but for many years. Until, piece by piece, I began to see differently, and everything started to click. My paintings finally matched the visions I had carried for so long. (If you haven’t seen my personal work yet, you can explore it here.)
Artists who study with me often say I’m generous with my “secrets” — but here’s what I truly believe:
No matter how much we learn from mentors or admire the masters, you have a unique touch, a signature waiting to be claimed. And my mission is to guide you there — patiently, step by step — until your voice becomes unmistakably your own.
Inside this program, surrounded by a supportive and passionate community, you’ll learn to see in a way that transforms your entire process. You’ll become more aware of what you know (and what you don’t), more intentional in your choices, and more confident in your practice — the three pillars that turn good painters into great artists.

Here's what students say:
"I love your explanation of the axes and plane shifts on a face and although I paint portraits your method shone a whole new approach to portrait painting. Thank you for explaining this in such a clear way" (Janet Moule, COMPLETE +)
"I am very grateful to have met you. You are helping me take my work to another level. I can’t wait to see where it comes out. Thank you!!" (Craig Palmer, Complete +)
"I really appreciate all the hard work and content you are putting in to your art school . I’m still on the drawing realism section as I’m savouring every morsel of information and I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt so far and how you have motivated and excited me to work hard and experiment. When I’m not doing the art I’m thinking about it !" (Sharon Blake, Complete PLUS)
"Rosso is a brilliant teacher as well as a magnificently creative artist. I was thrilled to study with her!" (Connie Abate, US)
"Many thanks for making me see and understanding painting!" (Chris Rivas, Mexico)

Why This Isn't Just Another Art Course
And why my approach might be the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.
Hi, I’m Rosso — painter, educator, and founder of this school.
Years ago, while studying at a traditional atelier, a teacher told me something that changed everything:
“Stop copying. Start seeing.”
Not the object. Not the photo. But the color, the temperature, the relationship.
That moment cracked something open. I stopped painting what I thought was there—and began painting what I truly saw.
Over time, this grew into what I now call Seeing Beyond:
A way of painting that fuses observation with emotion, technique with intuition.
It’s about using color, value, and expression not to replicate—but to reveal. To make something feel alive.
That same mindset is woven into every part of this school—from the first brushstroke in the START path to the advanced critiques in MASTER.
My goal is to guide you beyond imitation—into harmony, freedom, and bold expression.
